If you have done your research you know this is the original BlackBerry an there is no camera (which was a later feature). While it does not have all of the features as the newer models (that is why they are more expensive)it is everything it CLAIMS to be... it is unreasonable to expect it to have the latest features; expect to get what you pay for ... if the features on this phone meet your needs, it is a great value. Some people actually prefer to only have what is needed and not pay for things they do not use :).
Well.... it took quite a bit of research to even use it, the disk that came with it did not match the item. I had to search the net to even find out about the side button that's in lieu of the trackball commonly found in the center face of a Blackberry. Then, it was a chore to figure out how to put my sims card in, since it's one you actually have to slide down into a space, unlike the little holder on a normal phone. Overall, it feels very "old school" and I wish I'd have gotten a different phone. I got this one because it was unlocked and I could use my old sims card and not have to get a new account and phone number. Still, I should have looked further and got something better. No camera on this one. Pretty rudimentary piece of equipment.
When we received our shipment the phone was missing the back cover and the battery had water damage. The Blackberry was loosely packed in the box. Walmart did refund our money in full.
this product is not light weight and slim, its the opposite heavy and huge. Its very old school as compared to the blackberries we have now. it doesnt have a camera which is supposed to be a standard feature with a phone in this tech savy era. Also a major pain in the buttt is that the software cd is not compatible with the phone - in other words it doesnt work with the phone. come on man when u buy something you shouldnt have this hassle
