If I bought a new car it would have a battey and an altinator why does this cell phone not have them. Products should be complete and ready to use. would you buy a one legged horse ? no nor would any sane person would. Including them would increase the very little and make the buyer pleased that they wouldn't have to make an extra trip back to the store. Now that may seem like not much but if you lived 12 miles out of town and the price of gasoline it does matter.
