I've been using this razor for over 15 years and have bought numerous replacement cutters and foils. Unfortunately, this one was defective. No problem. I took it to my local Walmart and got a refund.
The product was exactly as expected. Unfortunately, I ordered an incorrect part number. Silly me. The return process was pain-free.
I ordered this for my Braun 320S-4 and after it arrived and I destroyed it's packaging found it wouldn't fit. The order description indicated it would fit, but it was not so. By the time I bought this one and the correct one I could have bought a new one.
