No neck support, snoring actually increased, poorly constructed. Wouldn't recommend.
I purchased this product on the chance it might reduce a snoring problem. This ICare Pillow was a big disappointment and a complete waste of money for me. If ICare ever really tested their pillow as their advertising claims or implies, I would like to know more details of that because their pillow just didn't work. After the disappointment of more than a week of use every night with no results, I went back and reread their claims and box a little closer. On closer look, it looks like maybe ICare wasn't talking about an actual testing or clinical trial of this pillow of theirs, but were just talking generalities, and I am highly doubtful their pillow ever was clinically tested at all -- there were no specifics. On closer reading, it looks like they were talking about a different pillow. I think I fell victim to ICare marketing hype. But they sure wrote it up to make one think it would work. My review says I use this pillow every day. I did in fact, but it failed to work, so I gave it to a friend and he came to the same conclusion. So I'm not using it any more.
