I was very satisfied with the quality, ease of operation and complete usage explanation. I started using it as soon as I received it even though it was a "Christmas" present. I am glad I did because I didn't realize how uncomfortable my old shaver had become. When I was at my daughter's I borrowed my grandson's Braun shaver and was very surprised to feel the quality. This was the real reason I settled on the Braun as my new shaver.
Purchased this last year for husband- it is a great shaver- self cleaning- always ready and self contained to avoid the uncluttered look in a bathroom. Just purchased another one for a son. Braun makes excellent products have had no problems with shaver still works like brand new after a year.
My husband loves this razor! Before I bought him this one, he had a Norelco 8160XL that broke after about a year of use. He says this razor shaves much closer than the Norelco and he really likes the design of the razor and the base.
i love this shaver, it comes with a case and brush i didn't know about, the only downfall of this shaver is that it doesn't have an LCD screen like the one a little better than it
This shaver works really good. It is far better than any other shaver that I have ever used. It is well worth the money spent and I will never buy anything less than what I own now. Great shaver. My friend and his family also have a shaver each.
It gives a very close shave without skin irritation, especially the neck area. I have a heavy beard and this shaver allows me to skip a day without looking too bad. Even going two or three days without shaving, I still receive a close shave without irration. Just great! I love the cleaning feature.
I have bought just a few electric razors over the years, owned and used mostly safety razors. Bought this razor 9/2008 and love it's performance. Good bye safety razors.
If you're forced to use an electric, this one gets the job done pretty well. Still takes a longer than a blade and doesnt get quite as close. But compared to cheaper models, it gets the hard to do neck area quicker. BTW i shave twice a week, so I'm sure it works better if you're a daily shaver. P.S. Walmart doesn't carry the 360 anymore, so you get a free upgrade to the series 5.
Sorry to all the other people, but this shaver is NOT worth the money. It works great on my upper lip, but is horrible on my neck and cheeks. It misses hairs on numerous passes. I end up picking up my old rotary shaver and getting the hairs I missed. I really wish I had just bought a replacement head for my Norelco Rotary shaver. The Braun says you have to let your facial hairs adapt. I have been trying it for a month, and for some reason my hairs don't realize that a Braun is trying to shave them off cause they are not altering their growth pattern to accommodate! Imagine that! Stick with a decent rotary shaver unless you wanna spend $160.00 for a upper lip shaver. The upper lip is the ONLY area that this shaver is good at.
My old rotary razor was MUCH better. This one misses a lot of hairs and takes 2-3 times longer to shave after I pull and tighten my skin so that the razor can actually cut the hair. My old razor was also easy to clean and after 4+ years of use it did not cost me a dime to clean - Braun wants another 15-20$ every so often to buy the cleaner that the razor allegedly needs. I wouldn't waste your money!
