I was having trouble with pain in my lower back and down my right leg and a friend recommended taking 2 softgels twice a day. After about 2 weeks the pain was gone and has not returned. It does not help everyone, but several friends have reported that they also have received relief.

Vitamins and supplements have different results for each person. I have found for my personal use that this product is effective. Everyone will have to try it out to see if it works for them until the NIH approves a genetic testing process that can give you a more focused answer.
I can't find Lecithin in most drugstores and supermarkets, and online options are also limited. Seems that there's no other Lecithin brands on walmart.com, so I bought this one. It's okay, but since I have no choice, I cannot regard it as good.
I have taken lecithin before but it has been some time ago. It was a different brand. This made my tummy not feel good and it caused me to spend much time in bathroom. As soon as I quit taking it after 2 days I was back to normal. Might be my body has changed since I last was taking it but throwing this bottle out.
