Make sure the bottles are fully closed then taped and stood upright.
In store had not had the product. I saw I could get it online and shipped to me. It arrived in a knotted heavy plastic bag but it leaked inside and outside of the bag. The jug had no damage, possibly the lid was not tight? I lost at least one capful and it was a very messy cleanup. I will never buy this or any other twist cap sealed liquid again via shipping. They will only be an in store purchase only.
The product was fine but the packaging had problems. Even though the lids were sealed with tape, it didn't work.
Product is good. What left in bottle. Walmart packed it well, but box arrived damaged %26 product leaking out. Typical of FEDX.
I believe I had NO SUBSTITUTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. SCREWED ME ALL UP FINANCIALLY AND WAS DIFFERENT SIZE PRICE. SOMETHINGS ALWAYS WRONG EVERYTIME. UGH! I DONT HAVE ENOUGH TO LAST ME THE WHOLE MONTH. THOSE LITTLE THINGS EFFECT PPL. .ESPECIALLY ONES WITH DISABILITIES.
The product was not in the box with the rest of the order. I had to write to support. They immediately helped me and returned the money for the missing product. Although I really needed it. Unfortunately I cannot describe the quality of the product.
3 out 4 mugs were received in a box marked fragile. The other mug was received in a box with the bleach I ordered and not marked fragile or secured. Even the bleach bottle was upside down. That mug had the handle broken off!
The BLEACH had leaked inside the plastic bag it was in and through the box. Thank God it was the color safe kind, otherwise I would have ruined some clothes trying to clean it up.
They Clorox 2 leaked inside and outside the bag, totally saturating it! It was a mess! I suspect the jug got too hot during shipment.
Love the product , the packaging and delivery not so much. Cap was broken and liquid was in the plastic bag not in the bottle. Could of use some packaging around the bottle to keep it from falling.
