I had tried to purchase this safe from two other websites only to wait for months and be told it had been delayed in shipping or was out of stock. I was steadfast in getting exactly this safe. I then found it on the Walmart site and had it delivered to my door within two weeks. The safe is even better than what I hoped. The price was fair. It works perfectly. I bought the one with the combination. Also, the gents who delivered the safe, on their own, carried it into my office. Good move on their part, I tipped them $20! The price I paid Wal-Mart included the shipping cost. I will use this site again. I am extremely pleased. I would have given ratings of six stars but my computer wouldn't allow me to go above five.
It works great. I wanted a combination lock vs electronic as electronic can go hay wire. They even wheeled it into the office for me! Only one thing wrong. When doing the combination the quick reference on the back of the manual was incorrect so they need to correct the last page of the manuel so people can do the combination correctly.
Base on the info provided to me the consumer by this website, I really liked this safe. I ordered it 2 times and both times it did not come to me as indicated in this website. It is advertised the same way on the First Alert home site. It has no pullout locking draw and it does not have 4 live dead bolts it only has 2. The front panel with the dial, key and handle does not run side to side, it runs top to bottom. I was very disappointed in the safe and have had to order a different product to get what I needed in a safe. I currently would not recommend this safe if you are expecting it to be as indicated in the description.
It's a fire safe and my house has not burned down so I cannot give an informed opinion and hope I never will be able to.
