Zatarain's Seafood Pro-Boil, 53 oz Jar Seafood boil crafted from red pepper and extractives of paprika Inspired by the big, bold flavors of New Orleans Boil with crab, shrimp, crawfish, corn and potatoes Tailored to inspire both culinary professionals and everyday cooks in the kitchen USAGE TIP: Add directly to your choice of seafood to create craveable menu items Directions: This package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs. 1. Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 qt.), stir, and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil. 2. Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table. 3. Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking. Allow to soak until desired flavor. 4. Drain carefully and serve. This product is in a Plastic Jar
