I use this product to fry mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and fish. It's a very good product.
Very good. Couldn't find it on store shelves during the pandemic.
gave the cod I cooked, a nice even batter coat. needed a bit of salt, was all.
I never measure the amount of water I mix it with, I don't like it too liquidy. But it taste just like long John silver. I've used it for fish, chicken and butterfly shrimps. Awesome product.
Amazing batter mix! We use for onion rings and they are perfect. Not heavy or blah we do add a little corn meal for extra crunch ! Ordered 6 this time dont want to run out can see it would be perfect on fish too!

This is the very best batter for fried seafood, chicken and vegetables by far - no comparison!!! The only problem is trying to find it in stores. Please keep this product on the store shelves.
