I'm a single person, and when I buy fresh celery it doesn't always last as long as I'd like because I don't use that much so I tend not to buy it very often. So for my occasional use, these flakes are awesome in tuna fish. I just mix a little with the mayo first and give it a few minutes to rehydrate before mixing tuna in.
I constantly use this product in chicken salads and salmon salads. I live alone and purchasing fresh celery to end up throwing away just isn't worth it. These are stored with other seasonings and last so much longer than fresh celery. I normally purchase 2 bottles at a time as well
I wish they can make a larger size, it is fantastic in soups, salads and even Baking Turkey wings and even a whole Turkey

I bought this to add to chicken salad. It adds a lot of flavor and enhanced the taste. It is a good value and I could not find it at a couple of other stores.
If I do not have fresh celery for chicken, shrimp or tuna salad, the celery flakes/pieces add flavor and are a perfect substitute.
Use these a lot. Love to use them in homemade ranch dressing. Thickens and adds flavor when it soaks up the milk.
Would buy again for sure!!!!!
For better taste, I prefer the celery seeds.
