I love the lemon flavor.
Because of its coarse texture, it makes a very good rub.
Most lemon peppers are totally salt. This isn't. It is excellent in taste.
I love lemon pepper on my vegetables, fish, chicken, pork, and anything with tomatoes (especially good on pizza!) it's become a fav of mine. I've been getting it at the 99 cent or Dollar stores, but heard rumors that salt can be high ingredient in some, and also MSG. I Called the "Great Value" folks to see if their's had MSG, but they didn't know. I have a cousin that's allergic to it. I thought I'd try McCormick's, but didn't know what "California Style " meant. I'm from CA, and I can only assume since we do a lot of BBQ, meat smoking with all kinds of seasonings and rubs, that's why it is "Course Grind" with a wonderful addition of onions and garlic!! I can hardly wait to try it next time I use my grill or smoker! I'm guessing they also have a fine grind, as well. I'll look. Enjoy!! Spice up your life!!
