My husband had an opportunity to enjoy a hot turkey sandwich and baked potato for lunch. What better to top that than some delicious turkey gravy? Thank you McCormick for the wonderful turkey gravy packet to sample. The gravy is very simple to make. The package instructions are clear and easy to follow. The finished gravy is absolutely delicious. It is thick and smooth and seasoned just right. Definitely recommend this gravy!
I have been a McCormick gravy consumer for quite some time. My parents used it and when I began cooking I tried other types of pre-made gravy and powder mixes. I found that McCormick was the best have never been disappointed with their gravy. This was a new flavor as it was Garlic and white wine Turkey. It was delicious and it is surprising how easy it is to make yet has so much flavor. I highly suggest using it instead of going through the tedious work of making it from scratch.
WOW! Event preparation can be a pain, especially if you're in charge of many items. It is time consuming to make everything from scratch but this gravy saves so much time. I am able to give my mashed potatoes enough umph and still make the gravy. Truly a host's best friend.
What's Thanksgiving preparation without turkey gravy? I found this mix quick and easy to prepare. Since we are taking food to relatives I made this in advance to take. Of course I had to taste test it. The flavor is wonderful and it will be so good over turkey, stuffing, or potatoes.
If you don't have a turkey's drippings to make your own gravy this McCormick turkey gravy tastes just like a real gravy. it will enhance potatoes, stuffing, meat and your veggies for a thanksgiving meal any time. My friends really enjoyed this and plan to make their own gravy in the coming new year.
We tried this with our thanksgiving meal and this year it was a hit! Everyone raved about how good the gravy was and ask for the recipe. I showed them the packet and they were in disbelief! Great job McCormick you added the finishing touch to my thanksgiving dinner!
We had a small gathering for Thanksgiving, will all the trimmings. One thing we've always struggled with is the gravy. Either too runny or too lumpy. So this year we went with the McCormick Gravy Seasoning Mix. Very easy to make and tasted great too. Perfect for those mashed potatoes and turkey.
I have been a fan of McCormick's gravy since my parents used it. When I started cooking, I tried other kinds of pre-made mixes and gravys, and I eventually found that the company's was the best. It was very easy to make. I recommend using this instead of going through all the tedious work of creating your own.
We used the McCormick garlic and white wine turkey gravy packet while cooking up some Thanksgiving leftovers. It was good, but I don't think I'd run out and buy it again--it didn't stand out enough in that regard. The wine flavor was faint for me. The garlic was fairly balanced.
This gravy was extremely easy to make only requiring one cup of cold water and the packet. It was also very quick to produce. The finished product tasted fantastic and was very well balanced. I loved the taste of garlic, wine, rosemary, and thyme, all seasoning I'd expect to find in a good Turkey gravy. My only complaint is this gravy was very thin. I prefer thicker gravy. If I made it again, I'd use less water, or I'd add some flour or cornstarch to thicken it.
