I love love love this product as a brown pencil. The color is perfect, Slate Gray and I have not been able to find it in the stores all the sudden. Thank goodness I can still get it here. My does not move until I take it off!!!! I outline with concealer which keeps it in place and then I dab powder over it and waa lah there your have it. Thank you Maybelline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used this "liner" as an eyebrow pencil for years and just love it in this slate color. It's the only gray brow pencil I have found that is truly gray, without ending up black if you use more than a feather touch. I don't use it as a liner, though, because it does smudge, as others have noted. This product went off the shelves several years ago and I'm so glad Walmart still offers it online.
I've been wearing Maybeline Expert Wear Defining Liner for many years - because it goes on so smooth and easy and Slate Grey is exactly the right color for me - great Walmart price too.
Love this product in the slate gray.. Perfect color. Use a eye shadow primer before applying. It will stay on until removed.
Since Ive tried it, Ive used nothing else. It doesnt smudge off around my eyes.
Too soft and breakable
This is a terrible product. They did not have the Line Stylist in stock that I usually get so I thought I would try this. It ran down my face. It smeared. It was not worth the money. I would not recommend this product to anyone especially if you want it to stay in place.
The color I purchased was supposed to be black/brown, and it is a very light brown.
