The C by GE App is so easy to navigate and get all of your lighting needs set up! I received two light bulbs free for review and not only is the light bright enough to put and use in any room, but now I want more! At first, I replaced one of my kitchen lights, but in order for it to work with the app, the power switch has to be turned on with the lights only being turned off through the app as well so I moved it to the lamp in my bedroom instead to use when Im ready to go to sleep. Love love love! I love that I can dim the lights for when I want a soft morning or a quiet night. Ive always loved dimming bulbs but have never had them in my bedroom. I would love to have these in all areas of my house. I think being able to turn them on and off with my phone is my favorite part so I dont have to get up before bed. Brilliant idea. These were great! I loved that you could dim them AND connect them to the Alexa. Easy to use and install. The only thing I didnt like was that I can only turn it on and off with the app (unless its hooked up to Alexa). It gives a warm light and works with my fan which I had difficulty getting the correct lightbulb for. I would buy this again.
I received the c by ge bulbs free from Influenster. The app is pretty easy to use and intuitive, clicking around for a few seconds I already knew how to use everything. The response time for turning on and off is super fast, I do wish there were more dimmer settings though. I have other Bluetooth lightbulbs that a rarely use because they disconnect from my phone a lot, I havent had the problem with the C by GE app at all. I received this product free from influencer and Im so glad I did. I use them everyday and l love the convenience of not having to turn on my lights manually. The only downfall is that only one phone can connect to one lightbulb at a time. Which sucks for me and my boyfriend but to overcome that obstacle we just control different lights throughout the house so its not that big of a deal unless one of us is not home. I got this for free from Influenster. Overall it does its job but it left a lot to be desired honestly, like Ive had other lightbulbs like this one that change colour. The one good thing is that it does allow you to set themes so if youre watching a movie you can have the lights dim themselves by just setting up the theme. Im extremely mixed feelings with this. The idea is great but if you accidentally hit the switch its a pain of rebooting the lamp again.
