Arrived black and brown and somewhat dried out. Basil is supposed to be green and crisp.
Awful! Probably one item to pick yourself. I don't think I can even find a single leaf to use! Never again! My own fault for not checking the item the same day (2 days ago). I would have asked for a replacement/refund. Now two days later and it's all mush! Unbelievable!
Bought fresh basil 3Xs using Walmart pickup and all were disgusting. It was wilted, slimy and bad. I live 20 mins away not convenient to turn around and go back.
Walmart delivery, basil leaves were black and slimy. Personal shoppers are struggling to understand that you do not wish to receive inedible foods.
The basil arrived already wilted and unusable.

I got this via a delivery order. The basil is, as stated in the title, slimy, almost black, and gross. There are many words to describe this. Fresh is not one of them. Will not buy again. Would never recommend.

This product was delivered however was old and should not have been sent with my order.
I did not approve the substitution of a Live Basil Plant for an opened package of smushed cut basil leaves. An email was sent at 7:55am requesting approval of the substitution, which I did not see and I was not able to respond it, therefore an approval was not granted. What am I supposed to do with the garbage that I received? I had no need for cut basil leaves that look like they belong in a compost heap! Beyond disappointed.
