Fresh oregano is not an appropriate substitute for fresh basil.
Disgusting. Very old and moldy.
Dill and Oregano are not at all the same herb. this is not a suitable 'replacement' item

Poor quality! A lot of the leaves were black and shriveled up. I couldn't find one package in the display that were decent. I bought it anyway because I needed a small amount for my recipe and Walmart had no other fresh oregano options. Their staff needs to check their displays regularly and pull out the ones that are past their prime.
