The clementines I received were fine except for one that was starting to go bad however, I had ordered 3 five pound bags of clementines. I only received two of the 5 pound bags and one 3 pound bag, but was charged for three of the 5 pound bags. Again, Kaif in customer service on chat is an assist me with this issue.
I've ordered this bag of clementines before through delivery and didn't have this problem. But the clementines that came are super soft and one came roped open.
They were white or very soft cause most of them went bad. I don't know if it is the product itself or if they put heavier grocery items on top when doing the delivery. The clementines that weren't damaged tasted good but not worth it cause I had to throw more than half away.
Convenient service but completely overshadowed when staff deliver visibly rotten produce. Walmart needs to do better
Who would give this to a customer. One bad orange can ruin the whole bunch. The options was to go to the store and return it instead of offering a refund. I ordered this online to avoid going to the store.!😤
I ordered Clementines but received Mandarins! This wasn't a substitution because wasn't notified if it was. I do not like mandarins! I'm very disappointed with the change. Whoever did my shopping apparently doesn't know the difference but should be made aware of it. Now I paid $7.00 for an item I don't like. I have a 5 lb. bag of fruit to get rid of!
A 5 lb. package contains 25 tangerines aprox, and 16 tangerines came rotten. I think that shoppers should be more careful when packing the purchase, making it as if it were for themselves. If I ask for a delivery it is because I do not have the possibility of going to buy my products, and that is why I pay for the subscription and for the driver tip, it is an additional expense and I believe that the service should be the best.
Be careful using the delivery service, seems like they give you the bottom of the barrel items which in this case turned out to already be rotten. Pictured are two examples out of multiple.
MY ORANGES TURN OUT TO BE BAD APPLES INSTEAD OF SWEET ETIBLE ORANGES EVERYTIME I PURCHASE ON LINE WITH IN 2 DAYS THEY TURN BLACK LIKE THEY ARE WEEKS AND WEEKS OLD OR BEEN THRWN DROPPED AND BRUISED UP I DID NOT GET TO EVEN EAT ONE THIS TIME ARRRRRGGGG!!!!
