We eat a lot of quinoa and saw these in Walmart . . . I was a bit apprehensive at first because the quinoa is precooked and these products are not refrigerated. I thought I'd give them a try and picked up two different flavors. I honestly couldn't tell you which I liked better! They both were awesome and I loved that they even include a fork. These would be good to store in the car in case of an emergency. Tasty, healthy and reasonably priced.
The tangyness of the quinoa paired with the onion is a winning flavor! The zucchinis had the perfect texture. Not mushy, or too firm. The convenience of having a healthy and manageable lunch on the go is definitely achieved with this product. I'm really digging all the Marketside quinoa salads.
Tasty- reminds me of ratatouille without tomatoes. (Note that 1 container is considered 2 servings, but still, pretty filling for 180 calories). Since it doesn't need refrigeration or to be heated up, it's convenient to leave in my office drawer when I don't have time to grab lunch or to eat for dinner when I need to stay late.
