I use this for my isonmia die to me being a isonmiac. It does wonders its really good to have i have to switch out between this and bendryl every so often so my system will not get imune to it so it can continue to work amd the fact i am not suppose to go out to see doctors where i am high risk it works perfectly for isonmiacs and its safe compared to prescription drugs doctors prescribe that has seriouse side effects and weight gain so i will always choose this or bendryl to help me sleep at night
Overall this works well. The taste of the cherry is pleasant and easy to take. It doesn't do sleep and it does keep me sleeping. also, if I wake up drink the night I go right back to sleep. I would recommend trying it if you're having sleep problems.
This zzquil works great for me I work afternoons at a assisted living facility 2-10 so when I get home it takes a while to wind down ,so when I take this usually 30 min - one hour and its off to LsLa. Land.
I have a lot of sleep problems and I don't like to take any one thing for too long. I also have absorption issues so I need something liquid or sublingual. This covers all the bases and works well and fasts. It doesn't taste bad, not great lol but not bad.
I have a hard time sleeping so this product is a godsend for me and Walmart got it to me very quickly and the order was correct so I'm very pleased with my purchase. Walmart has the best prices and apparently the fastest delivery for this and I will purchase it again. This version does contain alcohol so if you're getting it for someone underage or someone who shouldn't have alcohol I just wanted to let you know that period if alcohol is not a problem for you then this item is perfect for people who have trouble falling asleep. Basically it is nyquil.. Diphin hydrogen hydrochloride, which is an allergy medication so if you have allergies to that I recommend trying something like melatonin or another sleep aid.
Once a person gets past the taste of it it is very effective. I've been taking it off and on for several months and I have no morning hangover or any problems with it at all.
A shot of this and a shot of vodka and I'm out like a light in no time! I took off one star because, on its own, this and other OTC sleep aids don't do anything for me. But, with a vodka kicker, they do the trick.

Thought Id try this VanillaCherry flavor. For my taste, its not near as good as the Warming Berry I usually get. But it still works like the other, which is good. Helps me sleep but if I take it after say, 10:30 or 11:00 pm I will be so drowsy the next day. But if taken early it helps me sleep with little to no side effects. Doesn't seem to be habit forming.
this did not work for me at all. I took the original about 2 years ago and it actually made me hallucinate but I never got any sleep. I bought this two pack hoping maybe it would taste better than the original and what actually help me get sleep but it doesn't.
