Great bday for grandbaby's first birthday, ...being that he loves to bang on things and make lots of noise. He is really enjoying it (at his parents house)! Since parents always want to buy the noisy toys for grandma's, thought I would return the favor for once....#LOL
Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter after seeing how much she loved it at the babysitters. She loves hers just as much, if not more. Works great for color recognition, as well as gives her something to make "moozik" with! Great buy, and i'd definitely recommend it for a toddler!

This my second purchase of this item, I bought the first for our granddaughter's first birthday, and the second one for our 17 month grandson for Christmas. They both love it. We like that the stick is attached by a strong cord so it doesn't get lost. Highly recommend this - I researched several others that had lesser ratings.
My great-nephew loves it. He is 14 months old.
My son loves music! When he hears it on the radio, from the TV, or someone signing he comes running. Now, he plays with his xylophone making his own "music". He loves it!!
This is a gift for my grandson and it seems to be appropiate for a 2 year old. Not too hard to handle and colorful enough to appeal to a youngster. The sounds are nice and not too tinny. Also appears to be sturdy enough to take the "use" of a youngster.
Better than expected. Great for teaching the kids motor skills. The only negative thing about it. Is the string tied to the stick should be longer. Other than that great price, great buy.
My 11 month old daughter loves this xylophone! She caught on quick how to play with it. She also found if she turns it over she can drag the wand across the bumpy plastic and it makes for another musical toy. I love how it comes with 4 different songs you can learn to play. My only complaint is the string attaching the wand to the xylophone is kinda short. You can still play easily, but for a young child they occasionally have a hard time maneuvering the wand on the short string.
My son is 1 and we bought it for his birthday. He loves it! He will sit and play with it for a good while! The only thing I don't like is that the string that connects the drumstick/wand-thingy is very short. He has trouble straightening it out to hit the keys. If they ever make a new model of this, the string could stand to be a few inches longer. I may cut the string and re-tie a new one on there that is longer. Overall though, it was well worth the money and I would recommend it to a friend.
