Order and Delivery Information Mattresses are available for delivery to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Please disregard the delivery time information that is shown in checkout. Your mattress will be ready for delivery approximately 2 weeks from your date of purchase. You will be contacted by phone at that time to schedule a convenient delivery time. (Please see Address Book under Your Account to ensure your phone number is current.) Mattresses are delivered from Monday through Friday. Delivery and setup of your new mattress in the room of your choice, plus optional removal of your old mattress, is all included in our low delivery charge.Saturday or Sunday delivery is available for an additional charge, which varies by location. If the weekend is your only convenient delivery time, please discuss the charge with the carrier representative who calls you. Any additional charges are C.O.D. and can be arranged with the representative before delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it so that we are able to stop shipment. A new mattress may feel unfamiliar at first. It can take up to a month to determine whether the mattress is right for you. If after 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or return within 90 days of the purchase date.
