I purchased three sets of these cute dishes a little over a month ago. Indeed, they are attractive daily dishes and seemed to be a bargain for the amount of money spent, but there's a big drawback: durability. After several hand washings and some dishwasher time they are beginning to show little chips on many of the edges. It doesn't take much, evidently, to chip off the color! A big plus for me was that you don't have to buy a set including coffee mugs ...... but I can see that I'll be replacing them soon, so they're not a bargain at all in the end.
