Everything you need for a great Spongebob themed Birthday party!! Very satisfied.
I love this package. It really has everything you could possible want to host a small birthday party. It was easy to coordinate with other colors and have a decorating scheme for a party.
Well worth the money. i bought this just to decorate and then I filled in the rest with like color plates cups and silverware etc. It exceeded my expectations and my baby girl loved it!

i bought this for my sons 2nd bday. it came with everything and they even threw in an extra set of cone hats and wristbands. my son loved it but im not doing this again because it was a waste of money. no one cared about the decorations and the plates cups and napkins just get thrown out any way.
I really liked the stuff that came with it the goodie bag stuff was of good quality.
I ordered this for my daughter's birthday because without notice Walmart discontinued it from their stores. I panicked but was able to order it online. It came really fast but it was missing the wristbands (which was my daughter's favorite part of the pack, of course). So I contacted Walmart's online customer service and they rush ordered me out a whole new package. I was shocked that they were able to get it here in time for her birthday! Score 2 points for Walmart!!!!! BUT, once again it only had 4 wristbands. I order two whole sets in order to have 16 of everything because there was 12 girls attending the party. Even with another whole set I did not get 16. However they did rush order that new set with 4 so I had a total of 12 making all well with the world of a 5 year old!!!
