I love this stove, the apartment that I'm renting has stove, microwave, refrigerator. And it's nice I love it good for cooking and the oven perfect when I make my pretzels.
Plenty of space with fully adjustable shelves in the refrigerator compartment. The ice maker, shaver, and water dispenser works great. The freezer is easy to use and flexible to handle a variety of frozen foods including large roasts, whole chickens and TV dinners. Items in the freezer are easily accessible eliminating the need to "dig around" to reach what you want.
Bought all 4 GE profile products they did not have a fridge in my size. Only had a couple weeks so far so good . Waiting for rebate for buying 4 products. Once I have it a little longer without any issues and receive rebate I would give it a 5 star
I have only been using our new fridge for a couple of days. The water line was installed today, so we are hoping to be able to use the water and ice soon. I do wish all of the internal plastic shelves were made of a stronger plastic. I know from a prevvious fridge with plastic shelves, drawers had pieces bust off and cracks in several of them. I just hope they are much stronger than they look! Love the LED lighting, the special drawers for meets and cheeses. This is an upgrade from our former 21 cubic ft to this 23.7 cubic ft and it fills the available space so much better. I hope it lasts for many years.
It's been nearly impossible to find a fridge with our smaller measurements with ice/water dispensers. Our kitchen simply can't accommodate these newer giant fridges. When I found this I knew it was exactly what I wanted- smaller in size, freezer on the bottom, water and ice dispenser on the front- perfect! Not only is it beautiful it's functional. The only thing we don't care for which causes issues is the height allowance inside. Your basic tall items (Milk or a coke bottle for example) the shelves cut it off and it won't fit. The shelves are in two sections for each level so you can adjust them accordingly. There is a side that you can retract the glass for a portion of the shelf which helps with height, but overall, we just ended up just pulling one side out to allow for the taller items. Overall, I'd buy this again. Highly recommended.
This refrigerators almost perfect. The difference between a four versus five stars is the height between the shelves. In order to be able to put the milk on the bottom shelf, you have to take out one of the shelves or use the feature where the shelf is only half length, which also decreases the space in the refrigerator. For the price, I should be able put the milk on the bottom shelf there where it is most secure and use all of my shelves.
We love the looks of our new GE French-Door refrigerator. It is replacing our old GE Profile Side-by-Side. The side by side has more room in the bins for things like fruits and veggies, and more items fit in the side by side doors but the French Door fridge has more room in the freezer for larger items. The ice maker holds a lot less ice than the side by side. We will get use to the smaller storage areas in the French Door fridge. No one refrigerator is perfect but the looks of the new one is very nice.
I had a replacement i believe the compressor, or something to do with the butane system. I did however receive a brand new replacement and enjoying the fridge
Beautiful refrigerator body that fits well in my new kitchen. Door pockets are very narrow & limiting. Overall quiet except periodic tapping sound. Within 3 months of one person use, water filter indicator is red. It was supposed to last 6months. Why can't I order the right replacement filter by entering the refrigerator model #?. I don't need to scroll through 50+ choices.
A couple months after we got the fridge it started operating super loud. We called for service and rhe fan in the freezer had iced up. They told us to take everything out of the fridge and let it thaw out (luckily a neighbor had an empty one in an apetment he was transitioning. Turned it back on it was quiet for a couple of weeks then back again. The next time the tech told us it was a fan issue and he had multiple calls of people with this fridge… same issue. They replaced the fan. Same thing happened a couple months later. This has been ongoing and repeated and we have had the fridge 1.5 years and it's a constant headache. They won't replace the fridge. I'm never buying GE again.
