Does anyone know why this product is out of stock everywhere? I love it and am frustrated that I can't locate it anywhere, even online!
Equal to Neutrogena Healthy Skin SPF15 Lotion in all ways except price. I took the advice of Val in the O Magazine about using the Neutrogena version of this & was very pleased. I use a retinoid at night so I need the SPF in the day as well as a mild moisturizer to combat the natural drying that the RX retinoid does & this helps. Yeah it has a little whitish sheen if you put too much or don't blend it in well enough - so just use a lil less & blend well. No biggy. Anyways, when I noticed that Wal-Mart had a Equate version of the Neutrogena lotion for much much less - I gave it a try & honestly - can't tell the difference between the Equate & the Neutrogena other than a different package & a better price. Fab!
Face lotion is a great value for a great product! I have recommended this face lotion to several friends and co-workers! Have used many more expensive face lotions over the years and nothing compares for the value! Highly recommended!
I used this product for about 3 years, starting in my mid-30s. As I approached 40, I thought I should spend more money to fend off the inevitable aging, especially in dry Colorado. After a year of spending way too much on products that did nothing, I have returned to this lotion and almost immediately saw positive results again. I am a true believer. Expensive does not mean valuable or even functional. This product has more vitamins and "must have" ingredients than products 10x the cost. The smell of the Equate lotion is not the best, but give it a minute, put on some perfume, then try it again the next day. You'll get over it for the results! PLEASE RESTOCK IT!
I tried this product because I started using Neutrogena over more expensive brands and this was the same product as Neutraogena's Healthy Skin. It made such a difference in my skin. I dont get a lot of pimples but I do have very slight bumpy clogged pores and this lotion has helped so so much! It feels great on my skin and had worked wonders. Only not perfect thing is because it does have an SPF it is slightly shiny, but I just carry blotting papers and one blot in the day and im totally fine, its not much more than normal at all. In love.
I got it 4 days ago, i was looking for an oil free moisturizer with sunblock and this is the one that i picked. So far i can not compain, i use it as a protection with the Proactive regimen and is wonderful, non greasy but lightweighted. I love it!! I also applied in my neck, ears, back of my neck and decollete. I have sensitive skin and don't have any adverse reaction yet. I really like it!!
I have used this product for many years and I LOVE it! Can't compare it to the Neutrogena since I have never used that particular product. I like how the Equate feels on my skin. It seems a little oily to me, leaves a shine on my skin, but that may be because I slather it on. And I don't mind a little shine at this age. Seems to work fine as my only sunscreen also.
I have dry and oily skin on my face. This lotion makes the oily part more oily, and seems to make the dry part sort of greasy. I have started using my Dial Nutriskin lotion during the day for my face and this lotion at night. I would say skip the Equate Multi-Vitamin Facial Treatment and go for the Dial Nutriskin Extra Dry Skin with Shea Butter.
I don't know if this product works well or not. This is because I could not get past the smell. I bought this product about a week ago and have used it twice. Both times I ended up washing it off. I use many Equate products, but this will not be one of them.
Purchased this instead of Oil of Olay thinking I would save some money. Used for two days and stopped because it felt like it was burning my face when I put it on, thus had to go buy something else and out that money too. My sister purchased and used for a week, she just went to a dermatologist for rash and when I asked her what she was using...guess what Equate and burned her face when she put it on. Be Careful - Not a Savings At All!!!
