Be prepared to do some fiddling around. It does work which is why it's worth paying for the ST brand, and I would again, but this particular product really isn't any better from a mechanical standpoint than products selling at half its price or less.. The Phillips head screwdriver included doesn't mate well with the screw head (there are different types) and the screw is torqued so tight to a nut that you will also need a wrench, socket or pair of pliers and a higher grade steel on a screw driver to release it. Once you solve that, the screw/nut combination isn't really quite long enough to secure the SSD properly. It will work but you will only get a turn or two on the nut so might want to put some lock-nut or a dab of nail polish on it.. Mechanically it is very poorly thought out. A rubber post with retainer would have cost a fraction of a cent more, reduced the tinker time to almost nothing and have provided long term reliability. Mechanically it is a 1 or 2 star product, functionally, like most ST products is works well and as described. - 5 star.
