This was my first time trying Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese wedges in the Light option. I love that this brand even gives the option for cream cheese with 62% less fat without losing too much flavor. Some days, I definitely try to watch my fat intake and this option allows me to control my fat intake while still enjoying cream cheese on a snack like crackers or paired with some fruit and veggies. It is now my go to cheese wedges for all of my quick snacks that go well with creamy cheese. I absolutely receptors these Light creamy cheese wedges to others who enjoy delicious low fat snacks!
I have never tasted laughing cow cheese before. In am glad that I have the opportunity to try it. The cheese wedges come individually wrapped and they taste great. The texture is very smooth and is easy to spread on crackers, toast, bagels and pretty much anything that needs a taste lift. I like to eat my wedges on a bagel for breakfast. It goes great with plain and flavored crackers, pretzels, vegetables, it's great for making dips and goes good with baked goods.Because it's easily spreadable, and melts great. I love that this can be stored at room temperature, refrigerated, and has quite of a shelf life. This brings me childhood memories -- I grew up eating this until I got sick of it. Didn't touch it for decades until an opportunity came up where I got to re-live my childhood. I enjoy eating this with baguette the most.
