I found the best price for this online at Walmart.com. It beat out the official M&Ms site by a long shot, and they didn't even have this flavor online! It also arrived faster than I expected, and they even offered free shipping! Thanks to Walmart, my daughter can have the favorite flavor she wants at her wedding reception!
I love these mint M&M's! They are very creamy and the mint is high quality without a cheap flavor. These, along with the peanut butter, are my favorite M&M flavors.
I have a friend in PA who swears by mint M&M's. Had to try it. She was right. The three different shades of green (dark chocolate) are just great. I have only found one bag, Port Orchard, WA, here. Why is that?
If you like dark chocolate and mint, these are for you! Absolutely delicious!! The actual candies are a bit larger than the orginal M&M's. I pour them into a bowl and munch a couple whenever the mood strikes.
That Said, I bought several bags of two kinds of M&M's. The Packaging was clean and unscuffed but all the bags had some melting and breakage (not out of the bag). It wasn't excessively hot during the transit period anywhere that I saw en-route but it must have happened there. I choose to take them the way they were and they are/were delicious. I expect that the local stores would have refunded or replaced the products no problem. I did not do it.
With dark chocolate that's not too bitter, but a bit low on chocolate flavor, the mint really comes through. Various shares of green and attractive in a candy dish.
These are colored light green and dark green and are larger than the regular M&M candy, with a chocolate center with a very mild mint flavor. Will be nice to take along on a trip for a taste of sweet and you did not need a lot to be satisfied, will buy again to keep in the pantry.
When did homely old M&Ms get so expensive? Granted they have a nice taste and texture but the pricing seems to have moved from the drug store to the boutique.
The product itself, Mint M&Ms, are great. The shipping and "handling", however, were very poor. They basically dumped 25 bags of M&Ms into a box, with no protection whatsoever at the bottom of the box. Fully half the candies were completely crushed. These are delicate!!@! Would not order anything from Walmart that is fragile in the slightest way. I ordered the same from amazon, and they were shipped in a cushioned refrigerator pack, and double boxed.
