I made this per the directions and added a bit of butter and pepper. It was absolutely delicious paired with the roast I cooked. It isn't as thick as mashed potatoes but is a great alternative.
You'd never know that wasn't mashed potatoes hiding underneath all the taco toppings. I prefer the garlic to the original. It's a great way for me to enjoy meals similar to my family's and reduce my carb content. The texture is very similar to normal mashed potatoes, my youngest doesn't even realize they aren't when he takes bites of my food. I appreciate being able to easily make a smaller portion quickly for myself.
This is so Word! I did not cook it exactly as described in packaging instead pole the film all over and put it on for eight minutes or so on low temp microwave took it out when rested -put about a tablespoon of butter in it Then mixed it and put it back in for two minutes and let it rest, to serve as everything else came together. We will definitely buying this again for a no fuss dinner night
Sooo delicious, creamy, and satisfying! I don't miss mashed potatoes at all! Heat it up, add a pat of butter and enjoy!! Keto friendly, low carb and delish!!
The sodium content is way too high in this. The amount of cauliflower in the entire box could be considered one serving, but the servings are broken up due to the large amount of sodium. Please lower it. That way it can still be a healthier option. If someone wants more salt, they can add it themselves.

Garlic flavor is off the charts. The cauliflower taste is not great and they are trying their best to cover it up with salt and garlic flavor. I would not purchase a second time.
We were looking for a healthier alternative to mashed potatoes and thought we would try this as we both Love cauliflower. This is not it! Loaded with Heavy Cream and Sodium and tastes Horrible!!!
I'm so sorry I bought this. I was expecting it to be similar to actual mashed potatoes but it wasn't. I ate maybe three bites and threw it away. I love garlic but this was overwhelming for me and my house still smells of garlic. I bought a veggie Mac and cheese the same day and hoping it's a lot better. I wish Walmart would bring back the cheesy pasta and broccoli but haven't seen it in a while.
