Product of USA. 1. Open: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut open outer bag and remove both Cornish Hens, each in their own cooking bag. Place hens in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish, breast side up. 2. Slit: Cut one small 1 inch slit in each cooking bag to vent during cooking. Note: Cooking bags will expand during cooking; allow enough room for the bags to expand without touching oven rack or walls. 3. Cook from Fresh: Place both Cornish Hens (still in cooking bags) in roasting pan on lower shelf of oven and roast for approximately 60-70 minutes until internal temperature of the breast reaches 180 degrees F (If temperature is below 180 degrees F return to oven and continue cooking, checking the temperature every 10 minutes until the temperature reaches 180 degrees F). Cook from Frozen: Place pan with Cornish Hens (still in cooking bags) on lower shelf of oven and roast for approximately 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours until internal temperature of the breast reaches 180 degrees F (If temperature is below 180 degrees F return to oven and continue cooking, checking the temperature every 10 minutes until the temperature reaches 180 degrees F). 4. Serve: Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut open cooking bags (use care to avoid hot steam and juices) and transfer Cornish Hens to serving plate or cutting board.
