I only use this butter for ALL my baking.l can always count on it having a rich buttery flavor every time.
Sometimes it's difficult to locate unsalted butter let alone European unsalted butter. Still, for specific recipes such a creamy short bread, pastries and potatoes the rich unsalted butter is what is needed in your kitchen, for the best results. I challenge everyone to try the Challenge Unsalted European better. You will not return to the other brands!
