I have bought these pecans in the store and online. They are good quality and delicious. They have always been fresh. The price is very good. I use these for snacks, baking, in yogurt and oatmeal, and more. I keep a zip lock bag of them in my car and purse in case I get somewhere, and need a healthy snack.
My first time ordering this product because Im always hesitant about prepackaged pecans having an old taste. NOT applicable to this product. Im extremely pleased with my purchase. These pecans taste fresh and they are not bitter. Very flavor filled.

I ordered three 2-pound bags of pecan halves. Ordering was easy, shipment fast, with text updates. Pecans were in a box with an air pillow. One bag was in beautiful condition, but the other two had some rough treatment, with many broken nuts and lots of pecan dust. Also, the two bags with broken pieces had pecans that were much smaller than the first bag. Since I wanted pecan halves, not pieces, I was disappointed.
I putchased these pecan "halves" to make.somr nice baked items and fancy caramels. I needed to toast the pecan halves beforehand, however, I was lucky to find any halves throughout the entire bag They were more like chopped pecans for premium pecan prices. $20 for chopped pecans is way too high and I am highly disappointed in the quality.
I bought these as I thought they looked to be a great value for the money; you got quite a few large whole pieces for a much cheaper price. Great right? One problem... They were completely moldy! Had to pick through to find good ones to use for my recipe. Then later had to throw the whole lot out as the bag was full of moldy nuts! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Never buying this brand ever again.

I bought these pecans on two different occasions, two different times of the year and they were stale and some even looked rotten. I will never purchase this brand again. I would not have purchased then to begin with but local Walmart never has anything in stock and was only option for pecans. The picture is just what was in a single handful the entire bags was like that.
Very few actual pecan halves. Mostly random sized chunks.
Next time I'll get the Fisher brand. I wasted $20 on a bag of "Great Value" pecans and they taste stale. Best by date was missing.....of course.
