I have been buying these for years. Great for making peanut butter. Make sure you roast them first.
I roast them in a air fryer - perfect. Love them
Bake in the oven at 350° for about 25 minutes, add fine salt, delicious.
These peanuts are perfect for making peanut brittle and come in the perfect size for a single batch.
I bought these to make peanut brittle, but the woodpeckers chickadees and nuthatches won out! The birds enjoy them, but I haven't used them for brittle yet. I'm guessing they will be fine because the brittle cooks them well done.
We buy these in-store IF we can find them. We roast them in the oven at home and they are quite fine. (Eaten unroasted they are not too exciting like most brands of raw, unroasted peanuts I have eaten!)
like the flavor ... have bought before
Peanut brittle recipes usually call for raw Spanish peanuts. These are raw peanuts, but not raw Spanish peanuts. We made a couple batches of peanut brittle with these peanuts, which look good, but did not impart the true taste of great peanut brittle.
I purchased the Great Value Raw Peanuts today. I opened them and they were stale, soft and kind of tasted like beans. They were gross honestly.
How can I boil peanuts with no shell?
