I've been using this product when I do not have fresh parsley or do not want to chop parsley, and it works for us—no complaints from the family. Everyone has different opinions, but it is not an alarming difference.
It is convenient and it lasts a few weeks, unlike fresh parsley. I don't use it all, but that is ok. It smells like fresh parsley and tastes like it too.
So easy to use, just adding a tablespoon to red beans or white beans takes the flavor up a notch! Highly recommend!

They gave me Parsley that expired in July of this year, it was late August when I got it.
I wish you had substituted another brand of dried parsley.
I haven't used it yet, but it's so tiny. It looks like a big Rip off
