This drink reminds me of eating French Vanilla Ice Cream.
I love this stuff! I literally drank half the carton the day I bought it. I highly recommend it.
I absolutely love the taste especially the vanilla and the fact that it has organic cane sugar. I have a lot of sensitivities including stevia, monk fruit as well as dairy so this coconut milk is almost perfect. However, the added gums in it have been causing some stomach issues for me. If those were absent then this milk would be 5 star perfect.
I was very disappointed in this now that they took out the "natural vanilla flavor" and replaced it with "natural flavor." I don't know what they are putting in it now, but the reason I noticed the change of ingredients is because the taste changed, and i hate it! It tastes like it has an artificial sweetener in it.
This coconut milk contains calcium phosphate and magnesium phosphate. Just like with other minerals e.g. sodium, too much phosphorus is not healthy.
