You Will Need: Pkg. McCormick Seafood Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag; 1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or thawed (about 1/2 inch thick); 2/3 cup cold water. 1. Mix seasoning and water with whisk until well blended. Place opened Steaming Bag in 2-quart microwaveable dish. Arrange fish in a single layer in Bag. 2. Pour seasoning mixture over fish in Bag to coat evenly. Close Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cute 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open Bag. Remove fish; stir sauce before serving. For salmon or thicker fish fillets, cut fish into 4 servings-size pieces and increase water to 3/4 cup. for shrimp use 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp (31 to 40 count). Microwave on High 3 1/2 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare fish as directed in Steps 1 and 2 using 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
