MY HUSBAND SWEARS BY THIS STUFF AND HE IS A FITNESS BUFF...LOVE IT
Excellent for hair
This is way better than using high fat salad dressing.
I found that mixing this with water and using a spray bottle on my cat works very well on fleas. We have tried collars and chemicals but they have terrible effects on animals. She hates to be sprayed so even if you rub it on the fur it works.
This is better than name brands...It's fresh and I use in lots of different things. Add to my health drink, season vegetables, clean & etc. Ty Walmart for the great price,!
Great Value brand is just as good as the name brands
I use it for daily dieting source to help me lower belly fat before exercise. It has been working for me. I see results within few days as long as I stay consistent with exercising and eating better. No junk food. Add this vinegar to your food (orange, apple, cucumber, salad, inside sauces, etc).
