I used it to make stir fry with thin rice noodles, thin cut beef, and lots of veggies. It gave a nice spicy kick and still had flavor.
Cannot find in Walmart stores anymore and had to order a quantity, which is fine.
Sun-Bird Spice mixes are great to have on hand for dinner menu variety. I used one pound of ground beef, Sun Bird Mongolian Beef mix with salt free soy sauce, added thawed frozen peas and pineapple chunks. This was put on top of 2 1/2 cups of prepared Great Value white rice and easily fed 6 people. It was very fast (and inexpensive) to make with items already in the pantry. I have made this before with beef strips and red peppers and put on top of linguine pasta. A great flavored meal maker that is a nice change from the usual weekly meals.
I started using these package last year because I just love Mongolian beef. These packets are very flavorful and have a awesome flavor.
This created a really dark, thick sauce. I added green onions and sesame seeds. Served with fried rice. The flavor was excellent but a word of caution: This is spicy. If you like milder sauces, make this with a tsp or two of brown sugar, maybe some rice vinegar to help cut back the heat.

Spicy hot but great flavor
I used stew beef sliced a bit thinner. Added just a touch extra water and served it over rice. It was a quick meal and we all enjoyed it. Very tasty.
but my son and daughter said it was perfect.
