People listen to me if you were fan of mirrors edge back in 2008 you will fall in love with game no spoiler alert but story is really good and hits you in the feels and the graphics look amazing it's almost like I'm watching a movie don't listen to these reviewer's when they say this game is not good because believe me it's amazing everything about it is good everything you hope for a reboot/ sequel for mirror's edge has came ture better combat better story line better plot better character development honestly everything is good for sure what are you waiting for go out right now get this game you won't be sorry believe me
Love the idea of this game being based off of freerunning. Game was a great price too
The game is fun, and the story is good and dramatic but deep.The story showcases the origins of the protagonist. Faith, and her crew are called the “Freerunners”. Faith and Kate's mom was killed in a riot when they were younger, and Faith and her sister, Kate, had problems with each other. Kate was locked up in custody after Faith was released from the juvenile center after serving 2 years for staying back to fight KrugerSEC guards for Celeste after saving her and returning the “Vaccine” to Celeste. The story is good, but most of the fun to be had is exploring the city and freerunning the city. You can even try to beat other people's set routes, and create and compete in BEAT L.E's. I like how smooth and realistic the graphics are throughout the gameplay. The upgrades and mechanics in the game are really useful, as they helped me complete the game. The only complaint I have about the game is the fact that sometimes while you are freerunning and minding your own business, you will have random unexpected encounters with KrugerSEC which easily kills your flow as your free roam through the city of Glass. Just imagine that you are minding your business, and random KrugerSEC notice you and they are alerted to your presence. And you would have to run all the way back to the nearest safehouse. And you can't fast travel to the safehouse when on KrugerSEC's radar. One recommendation that I have towards the game is that you don't have to do all of the side missions, I'm only doing them to unlock trails and unlock achievements. And when exploring Glass, and you get caught by KrugerSEC, you can either engage with them, run away and hide somewhere, or run to the closest safehouse. But overall, the game is really good.
