I purchased one before from another store, it is also good, but the clip broke and I could not find another clip, so as they say things happen for a reason. This is right up there with the best of them.
I have been using these types of headsets since the early 1990s. The KX-TCA93 are the best headsets I have ever used. I have not had any issues during use. Sound is good and I have no problem with them fitting around my ear. I have three telephones and use these headsets on all of them.
Very Happy my fav phone ( tan color) to match my Decor is still working it would seem all new phones don't come in colors
It does not fit over the ear and when you finally get it on the mouth piece scrapes against your cheek.
This great headset worked fine for a year. We loved the fact that it could be used with either ear and had a mute button (great for conference calls). Alas! One day, it suddenly stopped working. Nothing seems to make it work again. Is this planned obsolescence? :-(
Traditionally, any person using this for work/home use would sit and work like a robot. Currently, there is a lot of movement/multitasking to have to deal with a flimsy piece dangling from your ear if not properly set around your ear or natural oils causing it to refuse to stay PUT.
It's cheaply made, uncomfortable to wear, and I can't hear well through the ear piece.

Trying to improve voice quality over speaker phone of my cordless Panasonic phones - this is not the solution. I need hands free phone operation. This was the only head set that did not seem to require strapping over my head. Kind of hard to tell if other head sets could be taken apart to just hang over ear, as I did not want to strap over my head. I've had a hang over the ear device from Panasonic in the past several years ago that worked - this one is not the same quality. First call I made (and next 3 calls I tested# had person on the other end tell me we had a bad connection, when I switched over to speaker phone the connection improved. Problem is speaker phone is not good enough a lot of the time, so I needed something better. I'm talking about the built in speaker on phone hand set, I rarely use the base and don't know how well it works - that wont help me for what I need. By the way I use 2 Panasonic cordless phones sets # marked as KX-TGA931T & KX-TGEA20 hand set# , 1 on each of 2 phone lines. Last thing is the strap that goes over either ear has very limited adjustment. Previous device I had could pivot in 2 axis, this is just 1 axis to switch from left to right ear. Overall waste of time to consider this device. Panasonic - what I need is a business quality multi handset cordless phone set with high end speakerphone built in to each handset - not just the base #including the advanced features of the newer phone set I have) - if you have such a phone set - please direct me to it.
