Bought a 145$ refurbished elite series 2 controller just the other day, bottom left back trigger didn't work at all, A button barely worked, and it wouldn't hold charge at all no matter what I tried only worked off the cord. Would not recommend buying this “refurbished”
It came with no paper work or anything, just in a case and in a plastic mailer. I wrapped it for Christmas and this morning when my son opened it he was initially excited but upon further inspection the side seam is loose and looks like it's falling apart. It wont connect to his headphones and it just isn't what I expected. I knew it was refurbished but at $165 it's trash! Will never buy refurbished again! Hopefully the $16 service plan isn't a hassle.
Didn't hold up for a year even !
