This coffeepot is SO WONDERFUL!! My husband and I both take a thermos of coffee to work every day. This coffee pot enables us to make two pots of coffee at the same time. Also, when my inlaws visit, I can make them a pot of decaf and still survive with my caffeine. :) It is stylish, and the price is unbelievable! The only option that it did not have was an automatic start button. However, when I thought about it, I realized that I only used that feature for about two weeks with my last coffee pot, and then I didn't use it too much after that. I get the coffee and water ready at night, and then I hit start for both coffee pots in the morning. BEST FEATURE..IT REALLY DOESN'T DRIP! Most coffeepots drip all over the place when you are pouring from them. The fact that this pot doesn't drip is the VERY best thing about it. I've had VERY expensive KRUPS pots that I couldn't stand because they dripped so bad. I wouldn't trade this coffee pot for another KRUPS. This pot is worth at least three times what I paid for it.
I was looking for a duel coffee pot so I could make two different types of coffee and this was the only one that I could find. Reasonably priced, looks nice, I like the push button to open the filter basket. Basket is removable so you can clean it, Downsides: Has to have the cone shaped filters instead of the regular ones, and it does not have an automatic timer on it, or automatic shut off. I was more concerned with a duel pot with duel water reseviors then I was the timers.
I bought this to replace the same exact product. Unfortunately one of the carafes was shattered in the bubble wrap and the company has them on back order. I use this for two kinds of coffee. So we are always ready for company. Each side has its own brewing system. So if one quits you still have one to use.
I love this coffee maker!!! I make coffee and sweet tea by the gallons. It takes 2 pots to make close to a gallon. When I want to make a gallon I only have to set it up 1 time. It could use a clock or maybe even have an alarm for when it's finished brewing.....otherwise, I love it....it's such a time saver.
I've had this coffee maker for about 3 weeks and I REALLY like it. I switched from a Bunnomatic that I never really liked to this coffee maker. You get two coffee makers for $38.77 when you'd have to pay $92.88 for a Bunnomatic. Ok, this coffee maker doesn't have any stainless steel, it's all heavy duty plastic, but it sure works well. Unlike the Bunn, it doesn't waste coffee. Sure it takes a little longer to make the coffee than the Bunn, and I mean just a LITTLE longer, but so what. It doesn't have a timer, but I pour the water and add the fresh coffee the night before, so when I wake up all I do is flip the switch. If you absolutely, positivly need to have a cup of coffee imediately when you wake up, then plug it into a timer. It has a feature where you can remove the pot from the warmer while it's brewing to pour a cup, then return it to the warmer to continue brewing, and it works without dripping. I really like the pots. The handles are big and beefy and fit my hands well. The pots have no drip lids, and they work. Also to get the full 12 cups, you don't need to fill the pot to the rim, so when you pour the first cup, it doesn't spill when removing it from the warming plate. I whole heartily recommend this coffee maker. I hope it works this well for years to come. I'll let you know.
I give this coffee pot 5 stars. I have had it for about a month and it does a fine job. no more( two coffee pots )on the counter as we both drink different coffee. great also when you are having a group of people over. no drips from the pot as you pour, and no drips if you remove the pot, before it is done brewing, no clock but who cares, I already have a 3 clocks in the kitchen, I do not need anothe clock. Great coffee pot for the price.grate price, worth every penny I paid for it.
This a very good coffee machine that does not have a lot of options. We have had this now just under 1 month. One problem from the start is the coffee flow from the filter part. The part that stops or starts the coffee flow. In less than a month is has broken. I will return it today & I am sure walmart will replace it. For about forty bucks you can have 24 cups of coffee, not to bad.
In a small kitchen this double pot saves space as we drink different types of coffee. Works great just wished it came in more color options.
The dual coffee maker was a very good alternative to those super expensive coffee-service provided ones, our last one exceeded it's cost!
I have only had this maker for about a year and the right side no longer makes coffee. I have always cleaned it as per instructions and still, it ceased to work. Otherwise I loved the whole premise of having 2 pots available.
