Super easy to install, instructions were clear. 1 3/4 hp opener easily opens older wooden 16 foot garage door. Quietest opener I've ever owned.
Measure twice, cut once, hope belt will last another 12 years.
Received the Extension Kits within a week of placing the order. Fit & function was great. The one (minor) issue was that the alpha-numerics in the kit instructions didn't align well with those in the (newer?) actual garage door opener instructions.
My previous belt had become loose over time, and there were no replacement belts alone. I bought this kit, cut the belt to size, and replaced it 1:1 seemingly without issue. However, I never could quite calibrate the exact top and bottom setting, so there was an extra "wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-wh" at the end of opening and closing, and now just 2 years later I'm replacing the belt again for stripping. (4/5 bc I don't know if it's the quality of belt or quality of me installing it)
The installation instructions provided were not very clear and it took quite longer to install extension to the main unit.
