I've purchased all sorts of heads for snare drums over the years ...but I think Ludwig really has something special here, that sets them a notch above the others
This head is brand new. It is no longer made. The old style Ludwig Logo gives it a vintage look, making it perfect for vintage Ludwig 14" Snare Drum or 14" Tom from the 1960s or 1970s. The heads aren't that old, but look really awesome on my 1966 Ludwig Downbeat Snare Drum! Coated top gives it a correct look.
