Doesn't snag on anything and is convenient and durable. Lasts a long time. Practicaly until you use all the paper. It is a pricey notebook but is well worth the price.
The notebook I received has the top left left corner cut out and does not match the picture. I still like it but you can get it cheaper elsewhere.
what happened to the original version? this version definitely is much more of a pain! The paper is much more brighter than the original design which is nice, but the preference availability has disappeared:the tabs cannot be moved around, my favorite pocket in the back of the front cover is gone, and the worst thing is, if i were to tear out several pieces of paper where would i sensibly staple it together??! THE BOTTOM line is that, this notebook has in my opinion great innovative ideas, but our freedom to make it to our own preference is gone! The entire product is at the point where its "too customized" for specific people to be used.
I have been using Five Star Advanced notebooks for daily journaling for the past 15 years. I was so excited when you came out with the spiral protection binders. I have used a minimum of 12 notebooks per year since their inception. And now you have changed the binding, which was fine the way it was, and have increased the price. They were expensive already, but I paid it because of the quality and because it was the only thing on the market with the binder protection. I literally ruined a dining room table using the old spiral notebooks. I do not like the new look and I do not like the price. I have moved on and I am searching for a different notebook that better suits my needs. I do appreciate the quality of your Five Star Notebooks. Thanks for listening. Betty
I have been using these for years as a "journal" for work. This new design is a step or two down from the previous ones. Please bring back the old ones that had an inside pocket built into the cover and seemed more substantial.
I always buy five star notebooks but because corner tabs is all that's available I'm gonna move on Its a crummy design who thought it was a good idea?
Where can I buy the traditional design with the covered spiral binding and the three-pocket dividers?? This design is quirky and flimsy, and for some reason costs substantially more than the traditional design I bought last year.
