Charbroil is the best

My family does a lot of smoking and barbecuing. We have tried Traeger and Pit Boss and Charbroil brands and we always come back to Charbroil. It simple to use and meat comes out with perfect smoke flavor. We've had two 750 cu in smokers and then got the 1000 cu in one. It is much taller and wider. The only bad thing I would say is the first two smokers quit working because of the heating element and tried to replace them to no avail. We use the smoker more than the average family would I believe. Still a good purchase and very worth it!

Easy to use

I bought this a few months ago, and love how easy it is to use! I've smoked chuck steaks, pork loins! My favorite was the 9 lb. pork butt roast!!! It fell off the bone! I made pulled pork!!! My 50th Birthday party was awesome! Between the smoker and grill, I made 30 chicken thighs, 36 hamburgers, 5 lbs of sahlens hotdogs, and the 9 lb pork butt roast!!! Char-Broil products are awesome!!! Thanks for a quality product!!!!

Incredible Smoker!!

I just received this Charbroil smoker about a week ago now. First off, this is the first time I've ever used a smoker and I must say, Charbroil made the experience wonderful! The smoker itself is beautiful and the features are great! I love how it has an internal meat thermometer with an attached monitor and all of the buttons are very user friendly. Supposedly there is an app for the smoker so you can monitor when you're gone! Unfortunately my phone has been acting up lately so I haven't had a chance to review that nor am I able to take a picture :( But for anyone who has never owned a smoker before, or to anyone at all for that matter, this Charbroil smoker isn't just made for you, it's a wonderful product for everyone!! Surprise, SUR-PRIZE!

This was an upgrade for us from the 30". We miss the stand and cover but like the rollers and ability to move it into a shed for protection. The remote is handy for keeping track of whats cooking, however we have not filled it to capacity as yet. AS A WARNING MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE "ALL" STYROFOAM BEFORE STARTING UP. THERE IS A PIECE JAMBED IN BEHIND THE FIREBOX AND WALL. YOU'LL NEED A PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER TO LOOSEN THE FRAME TO GET THE FOAM BLOCK OUT AS ITS CONTOURED AND INSTALLED BEFORE THE FRAME IS ASSEMBLED... OR CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BEFORE YOU START IT UP AS THE MELTING FOAM IS TOXIC AND NO FUN SCRAPING AND CLEANING UP THE MESS...Duh!6

Easy to operate and does the job

I have had two other brands and this one works the best. Temperature runs about 25 degrees hotter than the setting. Remote had very short range. Doesn't generate as much smoke as I would like.

Just received the smoker after a delay in shipping. Smoker came damaged with a pretty big dent on the side. The smoker itself works great and Im satisfied. The shipping was awful.

Junk

Junk At first I liked the smoker....... got it for Father's day and used it for about 6 month before the wires in the back rotted right off. Had to do a bush fix to finish my 2 briskets that was on the smoker (we all know that cute of meat is not cheap) i got a hold of them they sent me new parts and that lasted a few months. Its now setting along side the road for free. I would not recommend this smoker at all. Just ordered a new grill/smoker from z grills.
