We bought this table as an addition to the Delahey patio set that we purchased last year. The wood was the same material but the color was a little darker. They must have changed the color slightly for the '08 model. It looks nice though and we can live with the color being slightly off.
The table was easy to put together and is very sturdy. The instructions indicate that it will weather over time and turn a light gray however, if you want to keep it looking the way it does when it arrives you should coat it with tung or oak oil several times a year.
this product was a gift to my sister it arrived at her house while I was still visiting her and it was so easy to put together we even did it. she just got a new deck and she put the table outside it goes great with her other new furniture whch she purchased from you also. thank you so much for it being so easy to decide what end table to purchase.
We bought two of these tables and love the look and durability of them. They were very easy to put together, ordered them thru ship to store to save on shipping and the whole process has been easy!! The tables match the other Delahey items we own perfectly. As with any wood product I do recommend treating it with teak oil before putting it outside to protect it from the weather and sunshine better. But would definitly buy more of these tables (out of room on the deck now!)
This product looks great and was very easy to put together. I spent a lot of time looking for patio funiture and this is defentily the best product for the price. I was very happy that this was available with site to store. I also bought more products from this line which are great.
This table is very well made and easy to put together. An allen wrench was provided, which is all that is needed for assembly. Legs fit perfectly and extra screws were provided. The wood is very solid and smoothly finished. The table has the quality you would expect from tables that are 3-4 times the price I paid (which was 50% off).
I wanted a table & bench for the foyer of my new house. I found this online and took a chance. I really, really like it. I know it's an outdoor piece but it works well inside. I bought teak oil at Home Depot and it made it look even nicer. I also bought the matching bench. This was easy to assemble and inexpensive. A great value!
Nice Table and Good Match to Bench
WE LOVE THE DELAHEY TABLES. WE PURCHASED THE DELAHEY CHAT SET AND BAR WITH STOOLS FIRST. FINDING OUT AFTER RECEIVING THESE PIECES -WE WOULD LOVE THE TABLES. EVERYTHING LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL IN OUR NEWLY BUILT SCREENED SUNROOM. ALL PIECES ARE SO WELL WORTH THE MONEY. GREAT PRICE - NICE QUALITY. COME ON SPRING
I was highly disappointed with this Delahey end table. I purchased it to go with the Delahey 4 piece chat set (which I am satisfied with) and was majorly disappointed. The top surface of the table was stained in 2 places--large, visible, circular stains, that were not simply imperfections in the wood finish. The wood was defective. In addition to the stains, the wood was also visibly cracked on one of the sides where the legs screws in place. Brand new, but already wear and tear signs making it look like it had already been out on someone's patio for years.
