Although the product was delivered before it was promised, the item was clearly previously used and defective. I was also disappointed that it appears I cannot return this in person to a Walmart store - the shipping package was damaged beyond repair so mailing it back will be more difficult, although I recognize this is a 50 lb product so shipping is difficult to begin with. It was defective as I could not turn the screw used to secure the umbrella pole and it had a bunch of white residue around the screw area. Had the item worked properly I'm sure I would be able to give it a much better rating.
This is a complete waste of money. Problem one is that it won't hold your umbrella straight up. Problem two is that the hold to fill with sand is so small it will take you an hour to fill (would it really have been that hard to make the hole
