JBL Mid-Handle Sawed-Off Magnum Speargun

Our Mid-Handle series guns combine the unmatched performance of our M8 3-piece trigger system with a remote trigger design for maximum band stretch and Mid-Handle maneuverability. By moving the handle forward and keeping the mechanism in rear we get the best of both worlds: full use of the barrel for storing band power and easy handling by using the handle as a fulcrum to pivot the speargun. All Mid-Handles come standard with Elite rigging for ultimate silence while on the hunt. Designed for large game hunting, Mid-Handle Magnum and 450 models come standard with Warhead Slip Tips.

The new J.B.L. Mid-Handle Series combines the unmatched, smooth performance of JBL's legendary three-piece M8 Trigger Mechanism and ergonomically designed polymer handle, with a design that features an Acrylic Remote Trigger for increased power and mid-handle maneuverability. The M8, trigger mechanism its compound leverage design with 1/4" stainless components that make it the strongest mechanism in the world and provide shooters with smooth, effortless trigger pull. It features 56" x 5/16" (142.25 cm x 8 mm) 5/16" threaded heat treated stainless steel shaft. The shaft is corrosion resistant 17-4 (spring) stainless, each shaft is hand-tuned for alignment then heat-treated for maximum hardness to reduce flex and provide optimum energy transfer. The gun is equipped with two 5/8" x 20" (16mm x 50.0 cm) oversized bands with wishbones made from Kevlar that provide superior strength and durability. Gun is made of African Mahogany; the precision accuracy in all conditions and feature the legendary JBL performance and durability that have made JBL a world leader for over 40 years. The solid African mahogany blank is hand selected for straightness and gain pattern. The-end-result: a speargun that works just as well shooting fish as it does looking good.
